1-Year Limited Warranty

Every product sold by Vigiroad is covered for 1 year from the delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered product fails, we replace it or refund it. This warranty comes in addition to our 30-day return policy and to the warranties the law already gives you.

The original buyer of a product bought on vigiroad.com and shipped to the United States or Canada.

Defects that stop a product from working as described, for example:

• a dash cam that no longer powers on, records or saves files;
• a jump starter or tire inflator that no longer charges or works;
• a screen, sensor or monitor that fails;
• a mount, cable or part that breaks during normal use.

For a covered defect, we send you a new unit of the same product, or a comparable product if it is no longer sold, at no cost. If a replacement is not possible, we refund the price you paid for that product. A replacement is covered for the rest of the original 1-year period, or 90 days, whichever is longer.

This warranty does not cover:

• damage from accidents, drops, misuse, water or fire, unless the product is described as resistant to them;
• damage from wrong installation, wrong wiring or a power source other than the one specified;
• products that were modified or opened, or repaired by someone else;
• normal wear, such as scratches, adhesive pads or suction cups that lose grip, and the gradual capacity loss of rechargeable batteries;
• lost or stolen products;
• recordings, files or data stored on a device or memory card. Please back up important footage.

Email support@vigiroad.com with your order number, the product, a short description of the problem and, if you can, a photo or video showing it. We reply within 1 business day, usually sooner, and may ask a few questions to rule out a setup issue. If we need the product back, we tell you how to send it and pay the return shipping for a valid claim.

This warranty does not reduce your legal rights. In the United States, it gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state; we do not limit implied warranties. In Canada, the warranties provided by your provincial law also apply. In Quebec, the legal warranty of quality and durability under the Consumer Protection Act (sections 37, 38 and 53) applies in addition to this warranty, and may last longer than 1 year depending on the product and its price.
